Choose from personalized one-on-one training, shared sessions with 2–3 people, or dynamic small group training with up to 6 participants. Every session takes place in a supportive, no-pressure environment where progress is celebrated, and your journey is always the focus.

MICHELLE LASATA
Owner
Michelle is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, MNU Certified Nutritionist, and Level 2 TRX Instructor with over a decade of experience coaching clients of all ages and abilities. Her passion for fitness began through sports and collegiate volleyball, and she’s been helping others build strength and confidence ever since.
Michelle specializes in working with adults 30 and older. Whether you're a busy parent, building momentum in a new career, or focusing on your health in retirement, she designs personalized programs tailored to your current lifestyle and fitness level. Her approach emphasizes functional movement, strength, and long-term, sustainable progress.
With an educational approach, Michelle teaches proper form, muscle engagement, and nutrition basics to help clients build long-term success both in and out of the gym. She truly believes fitness should be a lifestyle—at every age and every stage.

SUE
Coach
Sue is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a career that began in 1985. Throughout the years, she has taught a wide variety of fitness classes, drawing on that experience to create personalized, engaging, and effective sessions for her clients.
Her training style blends elements of Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camp, TRX, and traditional strength training to craft programs tailored to each individual's goals.
Sue has worked with clients ranging in age from 15 to 85, with a recent focus on supporting the 65+ community as well as adult special needs in maintaining strength, mobility, balance and overall wellness.
Whether you're looking to improve your health, lose weight, gain strength, or recover from an injury, Sue will work with you to create a plan that helps you succeed.


DAN
Coach
Dan is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island, graduating summa cum laude in 2022. With experience in both clinical and gym settings—including Matrix Sports Medicine and Work Out World—Dan brings a well-rounded approach to fitness.
Dan works with aspiring athletes, recreational competitors, and motivated individuals chasing performance-based goals. Whether you're training for a sport or simply want to move better and feel stronger, he creates programs that challenge and empower.
A competitive beach volleyball player and certified yoga instructor, Dan blends strength training, mobility, and athletic performance into his coaching style. He’s passionate about helping clients unlock their potential and go after their biggest goals—on and off the court.

KIM
Coach
Kim is a TRX Suspension Training Instructor who’s been part of the MPOWER community since 2020 and officially joined the coaching team in 2024. A full-time software engineer and mom of two teenagers, Kim knows what it means to balance a busy life while staying committed to health and fitness.
She’s passionate about helping others—especially parents, beginners, and multi-generational families—find strength, confidence, and consistency through resistance training. Whether she's training with her own kids and dad or leading TRX classes and one-on-one sessions, Kim brings energy and encouragement to every workout.
Currently pursuing her ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification, Kim is focused on inspiring others to make fitness a sustainable part of their lifestyle.


CAROLYN
Coach
Carolyn is a TRX Suspension Training Instructor who began her fitness journey with MPOWER in 2016 to build strength and reduce back pain—and never looked back. Her dedication to fitness led her to become certified in 2024, driven by a passion to help others discover the same benefits she has.
With a background in military service—3.5 years active duty in the Air Force and 17 years in the Rhode Island National Guard—Carolyn brings unmatched discipline and motivation to every session. She also works full-time as a middle school English teacher, inspiring both students and co-workers to embrace strength training as a lifelong habit.
Carolyn works especially well with beginners, those managing chronic pain, and adults returning to fitness later in life. As she approaches retirement, she’s excited to expand her impact as a group fitness instructor and continue empowering others through movement.
