Our group fitness classes are designed to challenge you, support you, and keep your workouts fresh and fun. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, or just get your heart pumping with a great crew—there’s something here for everyone.

BOOTCAMP is our total-body, high-energy circuit-style class. With a max of 12 participants, you’ll get a small-group feel while still riding the wave of group motivation. Expect a mix of strength and HIIT depending on your coach’s style, and if you’re new—don’t worry! You can buddy up, shadow someone, or get a little extra attention from our welcoming instructors.
 

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING focuses on core, mobility, and strength using just your body weight and the power of gravity. Limited to only 6 people per session, this class gives you more hands-on coaching and attention. Some instructors lean toward strength and stability, others amp up the cardio—either way, it’s a full-body burner.
 

YOGA blends breath work, flexibility, and balance, creating a mindful movement practice that supports recovery and long-term mobility. With a max of 15 participants, there’s room to stretch out and settle in—whether you're a beginner or longtime yogi.

 

Looking to level up your cardio-consistency? Join our 10-MILE CLUB!  The 10-MILE CLUB is a weekly walk/run challenge on your own schedule. For each week that you complete 10-MILES, your name will be entered into a lottery. At the end of the 6-WEEK BLOCK, one name will be drawn and win 50% of the pot…just for walking!
