10-MILE CLUB

The MPOWER 10 MILE CLUB is a flexible, weekly walking and running program designed to fit your own schedule. Whether you prefer a brisk walk or a steady run, this club helps you increase your weekly activity in a way that works for you.
 

The CLUB is open to all—no MPOWER membership required! Connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about moving more, celebrating progress, and creating a supportive community that goes beyond the studio walls. Using the STRAVA app, you can easily track and share your miles — adding an extra layer of accountability and motivation. Because let’s face it, we all need that little nudge some days to keep pushing forward!

How Does It Work?

Your goal is simple: complete 10 miles per week—walking or running—in whatever increments fit your schedule. Just remember, each recorded session needs to be at least 0.5 miles.
 

The program runs in 6-week blocks, with miles tracked from Monday through midnight on Sunday. Each week you hit your 10-mile goal, your name goes into a lottery.
 

At the end of the 6-week block, one lucky winner will be drawn to receive 50% off the pot! That means you can literally earn money while getting healthier and moving more. It’s motivation you can’t pass up!

How Do I Join?

Getting started is easy!

  • First, download the free STRAVA app to track your workouts and create your FREE account.

  • Next, simply complete the 10-MILE CLUB form (below) to request access and submit your registration fee.
     

Once we receive your payment, you’ll get an invite to join the exclusive MPOWER 10-MILE CLUB group — and you’re all set to start logging miles and connecting with the community!
